Sarah, a dedicated physical therapist, earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise from Virginia Tech. Her educational journey continued at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With a strong foundation in nutrition and exercise science, Sarah is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal health and mobility. Her expertise allows her to create personalized rehabilitation plans that empower individuals to regain strength and independence. Sarah's friendly approach and commitment to her patients make her a valued member of the For the Ages Rehabilitation team. Sarah has experience in outpatient care, the school system, and skilled care. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time on the boat with her family.

Diane Kelly Davis, OTD, OTR/L
Diane is an occupational therapist with a strong educational background. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from Virginia Tech, which provides her with a solid foundation in understanding the various stages of human life and the factors that influence development. Building on this knowledge, Diane earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Mary Baldwin University. Her advanced training equips her with specialized skills to help clients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life. Diane is dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages in navigating challenges related to physical, emotional, and cognitive health. Her approach is rooted in compassion and an understanding of each client's unique needs, helping them achieve their goals and regain independence. Diane has experience in the school system, early intervention, and skilled care. In her free time, Diane enjoys spending time with her family outdoors.
